Shipping cost can be calculated in the cart before proceeding to the checkout.

Our products are diverse in size and weight. While we have endeavoured to source the best shipping rates, the wide range in combinations of products may create anomalies in the system. If you think there is an issue with the freight charge for your order, please let us know and we would be happy to check this for you.

If the freight cost works out cheaper than calculated in the cart when we ship your order, we are happy to credit you the difference.

Freight for the bulkier or heavier products has been priced for smaller quantities. We are happy to give you a price and shipping quote, for larger quantities, on request.

Currently our online shop is set up to ship within the South Island. If you are outside this area and would like to make a purchase from us buzz us a message.

All reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure that orders will be dispatched promptly after payment for your order has been received. Orders are sent by courier or freight for bulkier items. Standard delivery is 1-2 days with an extra 1-2 days to a rural address. Delivery times may be affected by covid alert level.

A tracking number will be included in the email sent when your order has been dispatched.
